On Tuesdays of semesters past, the College hosted an evening meal at its weekly gatherings, usually based on some form of medieval recipe. We miss feasting with friends, so we hope with time we can begin doing Crispy Dinners again! Crispy Dinners is free for all College General Members (membership is available here) who RSVP. The cost is otherwise $5 each.
Crispy Dinners are run entirely by volunteers. If you’re interested in crafting a medieval meal, we have a catering kit and list of dishes selected for their balance of historical authenticity, ease of preparation, and financial accessibility.
